Our "Price Match Promise" to You

At  Candle and Blue we are committed to giving you a great service at the best possible price.

If you find the product anywhere else for less than the price we sell if for, we will do our very best to match the price.


How do I claim?

It is easy, simply email us at with the following details:

·      Product Name

·      The retailer and the website URL

·      Product price including delivery

Your contact details and postcode, we aim to get back to you within 2 working days.


Just a few things to remember, we only Price Match on the following conditions:

·      Product is identical (ie. Colour, finish, size)

·      Product is not in a sale

·      Product is not on a auction site

·      Product must be new (not used), damaged or ex-display

·      Product is available for immediate dispatch and includes delivery charges

·      We do not match on haggled prices, the product cannot include membership/personal discounts or bulk purchases

·      Price Match will not apply if the retailer is in administration or closing down

·      The retailer must be based in the UK

·      Price match prices are only valid for 48 hours after we have approved the price

·      We reserve the right to amend or terminate our Price Match at any time, by posting a notice on our website
